  The only donwside is the ants issue. That is a big problem though. I was so happy not having roaches but ants are as gross. So tiny that they are hard to see. Really gross. I don't know why they don't deal with it. It is feasible. It is a long process, it can take up to a year but it should really be done. Losing good tenants because of the bugs. Rent is high, we should be able to enjoy a bug free place.
  I loved Sarah and management has been very efficent and friendly so far. Grounds and building are kept very clean.
  Wish there were poop bags in the dispenser though!

  Had a great experience renting an apartment here with Sara! They really take care of everybody and their needs when looking for an apartment. Very happy to have chosen to live here. Great area, housing and people! Would definitely recommend if a student , family, couple and if one your own. Very safe!
